SPACE INSIGHT SCIENTIST AT 35TH IADC MEETING

Space Insight will form part of the UK delegation to the 35th meeting of the Inter-Agency Space Debris Coordination Committee. Hosted by the European Space Agency (ESA), the event is to be held on April 24 to 26, 2017, at the European Space Operations Centre (ESOC) in Darmstadt, immediately after the 7th European Conference on Space Debris.

This will be the eleventh attendance of either James Dick and / or Phil Herridge of Space Insight as a member of the UK team at the IADC. Both consultants have chaired the IADC's Measurements Working Group.

The IADC is an international governmental forum for the worldwide coordination of activities related to the issues of man-made and natural debris in space. Founded in 1993, its initial membership has tripled as its work has become increasingly important with the growing use of space and the ever-larger population of man-made objects in Earth orbits.
